Comment Gate is a personal project, built and operated by one individual for their own YouTube channel. It is not offered as a service to the public — there is no sign-up, and these terms exist mainly for clarity, not because Comment Gate has other users.
No warranty
Comment Gate is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
No liability
The operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of Comment Gate.
Human approval
Comment Gate uses an AI model to draft suggested replies to YouTube comments. It never posts a reply automatically. Every reply is reviewed and approved by the channel owner before it's published, and the owner is responsible for what gets posted. The AI generates a draft; a human decides.
YouTube's terms
Use of YouTube through Comment Gate is also governed by YouTube's Terms of Service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as Comment Gate develops. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
